AIDSLine

From 1980-2000, AIDSLine was a database of bibliographic references to the published literature on Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS), focusing on the biomedical, epidemiologic, health care administration, oncologic, and social and behavioral aspects of AIDS literature. AIDSLine contained citations to journal articles, monographs, audiovisuals, meeting abstracts and papers, government reports, and theses. AIDSLine included citations from AIDS newsletters (beginning with 1995 issues) and AIDS journals (beginning in 1995), plus meeting abstracts from the International Conferences on AIDS and other meetings.

AIDSLine was produced by the National Library of Medicine. NLM discontinued AIDSLine in 2001. Beginning with 2001, all journal article citations produced by NLM are incorporated into MEDLINE. Therefore, search MEDLINE for journal articles on AIDS. For books, audiovisuals, and other materials, consult the NLM catalog, LOCATORPlus.
